HOURS

you can book a shoot 24/7/365 about 95% of the time.

we have also recently decided to introduce retail hours!

Thursdays 5-7pm & Saturdays 11-2pm

these are liable to change but we will update our Instagram regularly.

outside of those hours if you wanted to come take a look, buy some film or just say hi shoot us an email or INstagram DM. we live around the corner and are around most days!

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can change Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 12 hours before your reservation is set to begin.

we don’t offer refunds, but in case you need to cancel or postpone, your time will never expire and can be used for any future date.

Changes to reservations can be made from the initial confirmation email. Scroll to the bottom of the confirmation email and click the change/cancel appointment button to make the appropriate adjustments. To change the amount of time reserved, please email us at hello@yoursdurham.com

PETS

Yes, yes and yes. Any and all pets are allowed here so long as you clean up after them!

FOOD & DRINK

Outside food is allowed and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. please keep all food and drinks inside the studio and follow the law.

WHEN DO I SHOW UP/LEAVE?

your set up and tear down time are included in your session time, so please plan accordingly.

WHEN IS THE BEST LIGHT?

our studio is east facing with large windows. under normal conditions, from 8am-10am, you can see hard light cast throughout the space which offers a variety of shooting options. early afternoon to evening the space is evenly lit for smooth, easy lighting.

PARKING

Parking is free! Please check your confirmation email for specifics regarding where to head for your session.
